Complete disinfection of the appliance is necessary every year. In case of a long absence (e.g. holidays), it is advisable to use the Disinfectant Solution for Softener on your return. Two 250ml bottles should be poured into the salt container for a 22 litre model. Disinfection is carried out when a manual regeneration is started.
