Its composition gives it a great versatility of activities (dispersant, antiscalant, corrosion reducer, noise reducer), and does not require any particular technicality for its implementation and its control. Hydronet is used for the treatment of central heating water, closed cooling circuits, presses and condensers. Suitable for all metals.

Physico-chemical properties :

– Complex detergent-dispersant formulation with inhibiting agents
– Appearance: brown liquid.
– pH (pure product): about 10.2.
– Density at 20°C: approximately 1.045.
– Crystallization point: 0°C.

Applications:

• As a preventive measure: Dosage of 1 to 3 litres per m3 depending on the characteristics of the water in the circuit. The control is done by measuring the pH which must be maintained above 8.5. Control and maintenance every year, the pH must be maintained permanently above 8.5 or in case of a significant water supply, check the pH.
• In curative for the cleaning of the circuits: Dosage 1 to 2 litres per 100 litres of water:
  Operate at warm temperature (50 to 60°C). Drain the system completely after 1 to 2 weeks of operation, rinse and refill with the maintenance dosage, checking the pH.

Recommendations :

To prevent the suspension of oxide sludge from causing operating anomalies, any installation that has been untreated for more than 2 years requires cleaning before the injection of a maintenance treatment. Any old and heavily clogged installation requires an audit before starting a de-silting operation.
